Located in Sigean, a charming commune between Narbonne and Perpignan, this Holiday cottage is ideally situated just 5 km from the Mediterranean beaches and in the immediate vicinity of the famous Sigean African Reserve. All shops are within easy reach for a peaceful stay.

The Holiday cottage comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge with a sofa bed opening onto a large 40 m² sunny terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds. Separate shower room and WC.

Comfort guaranteed with reversible air conditioning included. Heating available at extra cost.

    Séjour a Sigean

    Super gîte propre avec tout le confort moderne. Super accueil de la propriétaire qui nous a même offert une bouteille de bienvenue de vin local déjà mis au frais. Je recommande cette belle région où il y a de quoi faire.
    Très bon rapport qualité prix.
    Terrasse sans vis a vis avec barbecue.

    Emplacement central pour visiter la région

    Gite situé en centre ville de Sigean dans une rue calme.
    L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel (un peu moins pour se garer à proximité immédiate, mais bon...on s'adapte)
    Coup de cœur pour la magnifique et vaste terrasse. Un vrai plus.

    Très bon accueil . Le gite est très sympa: volumes,taille.
    Le couchage mérite d'être amélioré(qualité des matelas beaucoup trop juste, surtout couchage 1 personne ne convient pas pour un adulte).
