Located in Sigean, a charming commune between Narbonne and Perpignan, this Holiday cottage is ideally situated just 5 km from the Mediterranean beaches and in the immediate vicinity of the famous Sigean African Reserve. All shops are within easy reach for a peaceful stay.
The Holiday cottage comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge with a sofa bed opening onto a large 40 m² sunny terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds. Separate shower room and WC.
Comfort guaranteed with reversible air conditioning included. Heating available at extra cost.

ras Excellent séjour en famille à Sigean
Dès l'arrivée, un accueil chaleureux. La propriétaire était disponible et attentionnée.
Le lieu était impeccable en terme de propreté et la terrasse (avec barbecue) est un réel atout. Également, parc de jeux pour enfants à 5 minutes à pied et toutes les commodités autour à pied.
Le seul bémol serait le matelas trop mou à notre goût.
Tout le reste est parfait !

Nous sommes toujours ravis de nous rendre à Sigean dans ce cocon. Toujours très bien reçus. Hôtes attentionnés et très agréables. Indépendants, séjour reposant. Nous y reviendrons encore avec beaucoup de plaisir.

SZS Bonnes vacances!
Bel appartement très bien équipé. Tout ce dont on a besoin est là : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, grille-pain, micro-ondes, et bien plus encore.
Belle et grande terrasse où l'on peut profiter des soirées. L'emplacement calme et les volets roulants à toutes les fenêtres garantissent un sommeil réparateur.
