The Holiday cottage is totally independent, opening onto a large landscaped garden, opposite the owners' house, but with its own privacy. There's a lovely Piscine to share (10 x 6 m. / 1.30 to 1.90 m deep). The Holiday cottage opens onto a well-equipped living room/kitchen, a shower room with WC and a bedroom with a 140cm double bed. Private terrace at the front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture and electric barbecue. Enclosed parking on the property. 2 mountain bikes available. The village of Pennautier has all the shops you need, a fitness trail and Hiking trails 5 km away.
Pets allowed with supplement : 20€.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Gite très agréable avec la piscine et la climatisation. C'est vraiment un plus avec la semaine caniculaire que nous avons eu.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Je recommande ce gîte à tous ceux qui veulent partir en vacances dans cette région.

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques à Pennautier. Le gîte était parfait, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Le jardin avec piscine, un véritable petit coin de paradis, invitait à la détente. Les hôtes Gérard et Catherine étaient à la fois très sympathiques et d’une grande discrétion. Petite anecdote : la machine à laver est tombée en panne et, en moins d’une heure, elle a été remplacée par un modèle neuf !Du service de haut niveau. Très bon séjour dans une petite maison bien équipée, intérieur comme extérieur.
Très belle piscine, idéal en période de canicule.
Cette location est proche de toutes les commodités, très pratique pour organiser ces visites, la région est riche en histoire.
Les propriétaires sont présents, agréables et toujours prêt à vous donner de bonnes adresses de visite.

Gîte très fonctionnel pour 2 personnes. Superbes jardin et piscine. Propriétaires très attentionnés tout en restant discrets. La proximité de Carcassonne est un plus. Adresse à conseiller sans hésitation.

Didier F Gites les Lilas proche de Carcassonne
Madame et Monsieur Feurté sont très gentils et se sont montrés très discrets lors de notre séjour. Nous avons pu ainsi profiter pleinement de la piscine surtout avec la semaine caniculaire qu'on a vécu. La climatisation est aussi un vrai plus. La literie est confortable. Et le gîte très bien équipé.
Seuls petits bémols : la présence des moustiques et un peu de bruits dus à la route qui passe derrière.- Cleanliness
