The Holiday cottage is totally independent, opening onto a large landscaped garden, opposite the owners' house, but with its own privacy. There's a lovely Piscine to share (10 x 6 m. / 1.30 to 1.90 m deep). The Holiday cottage opens onto a well-equipped living room/kitchen, a shower room with WC and a bedroom with a 140cm double bed. Private terrace at the front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture and electric barbecue. Enclosed parking on the property. 2 mountain bikes available. The village of Pennautier has all the shops you need, a fitness trail and Hiking trails 5 km away.

Pets allowed with supplement : 20€.

    Un séjour des plus agréables dans une région superbe.
    Petit gîte tout confort, très agréable proche de toutes commodités.
    Les propriétaires sont très agréables et discrets.
    Superbe piscine, dommage que la météo nous est limité les baignades.

    Nous avons pu profiter du gite pendant une semaine et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires, leurs petites attentions mais également leur discrétion. Gite tout équipé avec clim et piscine particulièrement appréciées avec les grosses chaleurs. Nombreux sites à visiter aux alentours, proximité de Carcassonne, des commerces... Bref séjour parfait ! Encore merci !
