The Holiday cottage is totally independent, opening onto a large landscaped garden, opposite the owners' house, but with its own privacy. There's a lovely Piscine to share (10 x 6 m. / 1.30 to 1.90 m deep). The Holiday cottage opens onto a well-equipped living room/kitchen, a shower room with WC and a bedroom with a 140cm double bed. Private terrace at the front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture and electric barbecue. Enclosed parking on the property. 2 mountain bikes available. The village of Pennautier has all the shops you need, a fitness trail and Hiking trails 5 km away.
Pets allowed with supplement : 20€.

Excellentes vacances
5/5Gîte très fonctionnel pour 2 personnes. Superbes jardin et piscine. Propriétaires très attentionnés tout en restant discrets. La proximité de Carcassonne est un plus. Adresse à conseiller sans hésitation.

Gites les Lilas proche de Carcassonne
4/5Madame et Monsieur Feurté sont très gentils et se sont montrés très discrets lors de notre séjour. Nous avons pu ainsi profiter pleinement de la piscine surtout avec la semaine caniculaire qu'on a vécu. La climatisation est aussi un vrai plus. La literie est confortable. Et le gîte très bien équipé.
Seuls petits bémols : la présence des moustiques et un peu de bruits dus à la route qui passe derrière.- Cleanliness 5/5
