Holiday cottage located in the Pays de Sault in the heart of the Aude Pyrenees, a land of gastronomy and magnificent landscapes. It's ideally located, within easy reach of the mountain and ski resorts of Camurac and Ax-Les Thermal baths, the Cathar castles of Montségur and Puivert, the Aude Gorges, Lake Montbel and Belcaire.

It's an attractive destination for enjoying nature and tranquility, with numerous Hiking trails such as the Sentier Cathare, which passes through Espezel, or the Sentier Nature and the Labyrinthe Vert.
For cycling enthusiasts, there are numerous routes, including those of the Tour de France. You'll love the panoramic views of this rich territory, so take the time to escape during your stay in Espezel.

In the village you'll find all the shops you need (grocer's, baker's, butcher's, pharmacy and restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine). The Holiday cottage is a cocoon for four, with a lovely private terrace complete with garden furniture and barbecue, so you can enjoy your meals outside and relax in the large, enclosed, green outdoor space, where peace and quiet will be the watchwords of your stay.

The Holiday cottage opens onto a large living room with a dining area, a sitting area with sofa, connected TV and an insert fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a safe for your personal belongings. An office area for Telework with printer. The first bedroom, with a double bed (140cm), has a direct connection to the independent shower room, also accessible from the living room, with a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A second bedroom with a 140cm bed. Private, secure parking on the property.

Electricity consumption: 2kwH/day/person included. Excess consumption to be paid to the owner at the end of your stay.
For the fireplace, 1/2 stere of wood is supplied at the beginning of the stay. For more wood, please contact the owner directly.
