Right in the heart of the famous book village of Montolieu, an authentic and charming village located between the Mountain Noire and the Canal du Midi, and just 25 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, "Les Jardins de L'Ambarino" is a walled green setting with a 2000 m2 park planted with trees, including an 11m x 8m swimming pool and 3 garden furniture areas where you can relax and read a book sheltered from the sun.

Montolieu, Village du Livre et des Arts, is home to some 15 bookstores, artists' workshops, craftsmen, the Musée des Arts et Métiers du Livre, the Cérès Franco Collection, 6 restaurants and numerous shops and services. Several Hiking trails allow you to discover the natural beauty of the Cabardès. Let yourself be guided and visit the Chapelle St-Roch de Montolieu, the Abbaye de Villelongue, the Moulin à Papier de Brousses, the Capitelles d'Aragon or the Cathar castles of Lastours.

The estate comprises a house and 2 Holiday cottages with independent access, allowing families or friends to enjoy their privacy. On the ground floor, the Sequoia house comprises an entrance hall, an independent toilet, a fitted kitchen (2 fridge-freezers and an independent freezer) with a laundry room, a living room with a dining area and a relaxation area, the corridor leads to a lounge with sofa and TV, a shower room with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and access to the terrace with 2 barbecues. Upstairs, a bathroom with shower, bath and WC, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a 180cm bed and the other with 2 beds, one 160cm and one 140cm.
The Holiday cottage Tilleul has a living room with a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a dining area and a relaxing lounge with sofa, an air-conditioned bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, and a separate bathroom with shower, bath and WC.
The Holiday cottage Cèdre has a living room with a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a dining and relaxation area with sofa, a mezzanine lounge with armchairs, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm bed and bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and WC.
A separate bedroom, Chèvrefeuille, located between the Holiday cottages (one 140cm bed and separate shower room).
Shared laundry room. Indoor parking is limited to 3 vehicles, but there are plenty of places to park your car nearby. Fully enclosed wooded park of 2000m2.
