Welcome to Thézan-des-Corbières, a charming wine-growing village in the Aude department, nestled in the heart of the Corbières hills and vineyards. It's part of the Corbières AOC, renowned for its powerful red wines, and several estates offer tastings.
The region is full of treasures: Fontfroide Abbey, Cathar castles (Termes, Peyrepertuse) and the medieval village of Lagrasse. For nature lovers, Hiking, cycling and botanical trails offer magnificent panoramas.
Swimming is possible in the Orbieu river, the Termes gorges or Lake Jouarres. The beaches of Gruissan, Narbonne-Beach and Leucate are less than 40 minutes away. You'll also discover tasty local gastronomy: honey, cheeses, cassoulet and wines. Markets, wine fairs and festivals enliven the neighboring villages throughout the summer. An ideal location for a holiday combining heritage, nature and gourmet pleasures.
The Holiday cottage, located on an estate 3 km from the village, offers you the opportunity to stay in a natural environment, adjoining the owners' house, but quite independent.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the ground floor:
an air-conditioned living room with kitchen (airfryer), opening onto the garden and terrace, where you can enjoy summer evenings in the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside.
Upstairs (not air-conditioned):
-one bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed.
-one bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
-separate WC.
-a bathroom with shower.
