Les Graves

Welcome to Holiday cottage "Les Graves", a village house located in a pretty Cabardès village, just 20 minutes from Carcassonne and its famous medieval city. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the nearby countryside.

You're just 10 minutes from the charming village of Saissac and its castle. For nature lovers, the Holiday cottage is surrounded by numerous Hiking trails, as well as mountain bike trails (Base Vtt 5kms away). You'll enjoy a wide range of landscapes: lakes, waterfalls, massifs, meadows... The Holiday cottage's ideal location will also enable you to visit all the unmissable treasures of the Aude region: the Cathar castles of Lastours, the book village of Montolieu, the Canal du Midi and the Brousses paper mill.

On site, you'll appreciate the tranquility of the village.

The Holiday cottage is laid out over 2 levels, with large rooms. On the first floor: a large living room with a sitting area featuring a sofa and TV, a dining table, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A first bedroom with a sofa bed (160cm) and an office area ideal for Telework. Laundry room with washing machine. An independent shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm). An independent bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. A third bedroom with a 140cm bed, a dressing area and an additional 90cm bed.

From June to September, the open-air swimming pool is shared with the owners and at your disposal from 2pm to 6pm. It is located in the owner's courtyard, on the ground floor. Further in the courtyard, an enclosed area with garden furniture and barbecue is available for your use during the rest of the day.

Bed linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning extra. The Holiday cottage is not suitable for pets. Non-private parking in the street around the Holiday cottage.
