On site, you'll enjoy 2 private terraces equipped with garden furniture and relaxation for each part of the ground floor and upstairs. A barbecue is at your disposal. You'll have access to the entire outdoor area behind the house, where you can climb the typical staircases of this Holiday cottage. Chairs are also available for relaxing under the trees while listening to the song of the cicadas.


The gîte is ideally located, just 400m from the beaches, shops and restaurants. The famous Falaise de Leucate and its lighthouse offer a magnificent Hiking trail, and from Les Terrasses 2 you can walk about 1km to reach it, continuing on to La Franqui. Leucate offers many cultural and leisure activities: oyster and local wine tasting, beach clubs with their feet in the water, water sports or Aqualand. Leucate is less than 1 hour from historic sites such as the Cité de Carcassonne, Collioure and Narbonne la Romaine.


Detached house comprising 2 Holiday cottages, each with independent access but adjoining each other, for 4 people each. The 1st Holiday cottage, on the air-conditioned ground floor, includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2 extra people, TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. A bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) that can be joined together. Separate shower room (Italian shower). Separate WC and washing machine.
The 2nd Holiday cottage on the 1st floor is air-conditioned and includes a living room with sofa bed for 2 extra people and TV, a fully-equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), and a 2nd bedroom with two twin beds (80cm) that can be placed close together. Separate shower room (Italian shower). Separate WC and washing machine.

Non-private parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage, with a public parking lot nearby.
