On the edge of the Falaise de Leucate, just 1 minute's walk from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches... It's here that an idyllic vacation awaits you. The Holiday cottage has it all: right on the Sea, right next to the shops, yet in the quiet shade of the cliff, as if time stood still for a moment...

This charming house with Mediterranean accents boasts a large private outdoor space, as well as 3 terraces with garden furniture, so you can enjoy relaxing moments in total privacy, always with a magnificent view of the Sea.


A South African braii barbecue is at your disposal to enjoy your meals in fine weather. And if you'd like to cool off, there's a large natural pool area on site: the Sea is just across the road. The garden, with its magnificent pine trees, is sheltered from the wind by the cliff, where you can recharge your batteries. Private, secure parking inside the property for 2 cars (to be shared with the 2nd Holiday cottage). Other vehicles can be parked along the street. The house is fully air-conditioned.

Pets allowed (dogs only). Many of the region's treasures can be discovered nearby: Hiking trails with breathtaking scenery, tasting of local products such as wine and oysters, as well as year-round activities in Leucate. The Sigean African reserve and the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park are less than 20 minutes away.


Air-conditioned, semi-detached Holiday cottage with independent access on two levels, the 1st floor has a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and sitting area with sofas and TV (in the large closet). A laundry area with washing machine gives access to the separate WC. The living room opens onto two large terraces. A master suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower, double basin) with access to the terrace. On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and direct access to the third terrace. An independent bathroom with shower and double basin. And a final bedroom with a double Bunk beds and a single 90cm bed.
