On the edge of the Leucate cliffs, only a minute's walk from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches. It is here that an idyllic holiday is offered to you. The house has all the advantages: directly on the sea, close to the shops and yet in the shadow of the cliff, as if time had stopped for a moment. This charming house with Mediterranean accents opens its doors to you for a stay with family or friends. The gîte has a large private outdoor space as well as three terraces with garden furniture, so you can enjoy moments of rest in complete privacy with this magnificent view of the sea. A barbecue, a South African braii barbecue, is at your disposal to enjoy your meals during the beautiful season. And if you wish to cool off, a large natural water area is on site: the sea is right in front of us, a unique and unforgettable holiday! The garden with its magnificent pines is sheltered from the wind by the cliff where you can recharge your batteries. The parking is private and secure inside the property: two cars (to be shared with the second gîte). Along the street you can park other vehicles. The house is fully air-conditioned for everyone's comfort. Pets are welcome (dogs only). Nearby there are many treasures of the region to discover: hiking trails with breathtaking landscapes, tasting of local products such as wine or oysters but also animations all year round in Leucate, the African reserve of Sigean and the Regional Natural Park of Narbonnaise are less than 20 minutes away.

Air-conditioned, semi-detached house located on the first floor with independent access on two levels, the first floor has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with sofas and TV. A laundry area with a washing machine which gives access to the independent toilet. The living room opens onto two large terraces. A master suite with a double bed and a private bathroom (shower, double basin) with access to the terrace. On the second floor, two bedrooms with a double bed and direct access to the third terrace. An independent shower room with shower and double basin. And a last bedroom with a double bunk bed and a single bed in 90. Sheets, towels and cleaning are included. WIFI connection.
