Ideally located in the Corbières region, in the heart of Cathar Country, in the Orbieu Valley, overlooking a small village of just 20 residents. A haven of peace just 12 km from the medieval village of Lagrasse and the Château de Termes with its scenic viewpoints, less than an hour from Carcassonne or the citadel of Peyrepertuse. From the holiday cottage, you can easily access many of the region’s cultural sites as well as numerous hiking trails in this preserved natural environment, within the Corbières-Fenouillèdes Natural Park.
This beautiful, characterful stone house features on the ground floor: a combined kitchen-living room with a fireplace insert (stereo system), and a bedroom opening onto a small garden (1 double bed). Bathroom with shower and sink, laundry room, and toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, another with 2 twin beds that can be converted into a double, and the last with 1 queen-size bed, 1 twin bed, and a crib. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. A relaxation area with a library and a TV/DVD corner. A large, shaded garden with flowers is available, as well as an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and pergola. A swing is available.

Zibar Magnifique Gîte
Accueil très chaleureux de Anick, la propriétaire, avec un gîte très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un formidable séjour.
Déconnection totale dans les Corbières, il es très bien situé à mi-chemin entre Carcassonne et Sigean.

Nic Belle semaine
Excellent séjour dans ce beau gîte. L'accueil d'Anick à été très chaleureux. Autour de cette belle maison, un jardin ombragé très apaisant nous a séduit. Le gîte mérite ses 3 épis Tout à été parfait. La région est magnifique ...avec une page d'histoire à approfondir.
