Les Embruns is located in La Franqui, a hamlet of Leucate, locally known as the "Cap-Ferret" of Audois.

The large, beautiful 8km Beach is just 200m away, and you can enjoy an idyllic, heavenly setting with wild coves. The Holiday cottage is set in a quiet location, with shops close by: grocery store, tobacconist's, baker's, pizzeria, restaurants...
During your stay, you'll be able to take part in a wide range of nearby activities, including windsurfing, board sports, adventure courses, tennis, water sports and cycling. Hiking from La Franqui to Leucate Beach takes you along the famous Leucate cliffs, with several stages (the lighthouse, the beach, the fort, etc.). If you're a lover of nature and beautiful scenery, you're in for a treat. On-street parking in authorized areas

On site at the Holiday cottage, you'll enjoy a private terrace ideal for relaxing, with garden furniture to make the most of your time outdoors. Parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage or on the street, in a peaceful neighborhood. The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of the villa and has its own entrance, adjoining the owners' house above.


The air-conditioned Holiday cottage is on one level, with several rooms:
- A living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a sitting area with sofa and connected TV, and a dining table.
- Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed.
- An independent bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine.
