This spacious, self-contained residence, housed in the estate’s character properties, features large outdoor spaces, a private hot tub, and access to a beautiful heated Piscine. Here, the charm of the Mediterranean countryside blends with the proximity to the Aude region’s most beautiful sites.

From the estate, set out to explore Narbonne, an ancient Roman city rich in heritage, with its iconic Market and lively narrow streets. The Mediterranean beaches, the lagoons of the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, the Canal du Midi, the Clape mountain range, and the surrounding wine-growing villages offer a multitude of activities: swimming, hiking, cycling, boat trips, wildlife watching, and tasting local wines. An ideal location for exploring the Sea, nature, and cultural heritage.

Set on an estate that includes two other holiday cottages as well as the owners’ home, Les Écuries features spacious green areas perfect for relaxation. It offers:

The rest of the property, shared with two other holiday cottages and the owners, offers a peaceful setting with green spaces featuring tall trees, a shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1 to 1.60m deep, heated from April to October, compliant with ARS standards, and secured by a gate), and its lake, which is also available for Fishing or Swimming.

Each holiday cottage has its own private areas to ensure peace and privacy.
