This vast independent residence, housed in the estate's character buildings, boasts large outdoor spaces, a private Jacuzzi and access to a beautiful heated swimming pool. Here, the charm of the Countryside is combined with the proximity of some of the most beautiful sites in the Aude: from the estate, discover Narbonne, an ancient Roman city with a rich heritage, its emblematic Market and its lively streets. The beaches of the Mediterranean, the ponds of the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, the Canal du Midi, the Clape mountains and the surrounding wine villages offer a multitude of activities: Swimming, Hiking, cycling, boat trips, wildlife observation and local wine tasting. An ideal location for exploring the Sea, nature and heritage. Les Écuries is located on an estate that includes two other Holiday cottages as well as the owners, and boasts vast green spaces ideal for relaxing. It offers: _A large living room with sitting area, _A fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, Senséo coffee machine + pods, washing machine, tumble dryer), _A separate toilet, On the second floor: _A TV lounge on the mezzanine overlooking the living room, _A bedroom with three 90cm beds, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath, _A separate toilet. On the top floor: _One air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, _One separate toilet, _One air-conditioned bedroom with two 90cm beds, _One air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm bed and office area, _One en-suite bathroom with shower, Outside, in front of the Holiday cottage entrance, a terrace with garden furniture, classic barbecue and private garden. The rest of the grounds, to be shared with two other Holiday cottages and the owners, offers peace and quiet under large trees and a shared swimming pool (12x6m, depth 1 to 1.60m, heated from April to October, ARS standard, secured by a barrier). A lake is also available for Fishing or Swimming. Each accommodation has its own private space to ensure peace and privacy. Covered parking spaces in a shed 20m from the Holiday cottage.
