Nestled in a natural setting, the house offers a calm and relaxing environment, ideal for unwinding. A short stroll will take you to the village inn or the local producers' Market. Many of the emblematic sites of the Pays Cathare and Pyrénées Audoises are within easy reach. The neighboring towns of Esperaza, Quillan and Limoux offer all the amenities you need. The medieval city of Carcassonne is 1 hour away.

Explore the mysterious village of Rennes-le-Château, famous for its legends. Stroll through the medieval streets of Limoux, famous for its Blanquette and traditional carnival. For Cathar castle enthusiasts, Puilaurens, Puivert or Arques will plunge you into the history of Cathar country, between perched fortresses and breathtaking panoramas. Swimming at Lake Puivert is 10km away.


The house offers 3 comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds for a good night's sleep.

Upstairs, 2 bright bedrooms enjoy lovely views over the garden and surrounding Countryside. Each has a modern shower room and sliding mosquito nets, so you can enjoy summer nights in total peace and quiet.
On the 2nd floor, a staircase leads to a large triple bedroom, full of character, located in the oldest part of the house (early 18th century).

Communal areas: Upstairs, a large dining room with sitting area, books and music, where breakfast is served. Separate WC.
Another sitting area with TV. Access to a large garden with terrace and deckchairs. Breakfast can be served on the terrace in fine weather.
Coffee, tea, water, shared fridge for guests, maps and local guides.
