The holiday cottage is accessible via a separate entrance on the ground floor that leads directly to the first floor via a staircase. There you’ll find a bright, air-conditioned living area featuring a comfortable living room with a two-person sofa bed, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and dishwasher.

The sleeping area consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a pleasant master suite featuring a 140 × 190 cm double bed with an en suite bathroom including a shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a 140 × 190 cm double bed.

The real highlight of this rental is undoubtedly its superb furnished terrace with garden furniture. A true extension of the living space, it offers a breathtaking view of Gruissan Pond, a scene that changes throughout the day as the colors of the sky are reflected on the water. A free public parking lot is located right next to the house, along the waterfront, making your stay more convenient.

Stroll through the quaint alleys of the old village, dominated by the famous Barberousse Tower; discover the bustling harbor and its many Restaurants; enjoy the long, sandy beaches of Gruissan-Beach and its iconic stilt Chalets; explore the salt flats with their stunning colors; go for a bike ride on the many bike paths, or hike the trails of the Clape Massif, which offer exceptional panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
