Welcome to Caunes-Minervois, famous for its pink marble quarries and its Benedictine abbey, a jewel of the Aude region's heritage. This authentic village, nestled at the foot of the Mountain Noire, is the ideal base from which to explore the Minervois countryside, its renowned Vineyards and iconic sites such as the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi and Notre-Dame du Cros. Many hiking trails are directly accessible from the gîte, and you'll find restaurants, shops and craftsmen in the village to enhance your stay.
Your single-storey Holiday cottage has a small courtyard (12 m²) with garden furniture and a gas plancha for outdoor meals.
Inside, you'll enjoy a bright living room (comfortable sofa bed in the living room to accommodate 2 extra people) with fully-equipped kitchen. Shower room with WC.
1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed for 2 people, opening directly onto the courtyard.

In winter, an Oil heating charge of €60 per week applies.
Parking is easy: there is a parking lot opposite the Holiday cottage and others 100 meters away.
