You can visit all the treasures of Carcassonne on foot! Swimming spots to cool off are just a short drive away: the Lake de la Cavayère or the Espace Aqualudique. You can also explore the magnificent natural landscapes of the Black Mountain, the beautiful villages of the Aude (Lagrasse, Montolieu, Caunes-Minervois...), the Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours and the Alaric Massif. The Sea is only 50 minutes away. On site, the Holiday cottage has an outdoor area with a pleasant patio featuring garden furniture and a plancha to make the most of your meals. For car parking, a private garage with remote-controlled electric shutter is available, with easy street parking for a second vehicle.
The air-conditioned Holiday cottage opens on the first floor into a living room with a corner sofa and armchair, a connected TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped, integrated kitchen with direct access to the patio. A separate shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC. A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm). Upstairs, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and a third bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be joined together. Between the two bedrooms, a magnificent bathroom with a glass roof, bath and washbasin. Ducted air conditioning throughout the Holiday cottage. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Baby Equipment on request. WIFI connection. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
