As you enter, you'll be greeted by a bright dining room with a fully-equipped open kitchen, which opens onto a small terrace. The large, warm and welcoming living room features a decorative fireplace and opens onto a vast terrace with garden furniture overlooking the Piscine area, ideal for convivial evenings.

The hallway, raised by a few steps, leads to three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with 160 cm double beds, and one with a 140 cm double bed. For your comfort, the house includes a separate toilet and a shower room with walk-in shower and double basin.
Outside, a superb 13x7-meter swimming pool (1.50 to 2 meters deep), perfect for cooling off and relaxing. A fully-equipped covered summer kitchen (hob, hood, dishwasher and microwave) lets you prepare delicious meals al fresco. You'll also find an electric plancha, a grill and a relaxation area with table soccer. A small outdoor laundry room with washing machine.
