This exceptional villa is the ideal place for a get-together with family or friends. Designed to comfortably accommodate 12 people, it can accommodate up to 15 travelers thanks to 3 additional beds, while maintaining a high level of comfort.

Imagine breakfasting in front of a spectacular panorama, or relaxing in one of the jacuzzis, cradled by a breathtaking view. Enjoy a 4x10m heated, secure, salt-treated swimming pool, open from late March to early November. Around the pool, deckchairs and outdoor lounges invite you to relax. The Holiday cottage has 2 Jacuzzis, each with its own unique atmosphere, one overlooking the Cité, the other the surrounding vineyards.

The south-facing terrace overlooks the park, the Piscine, the vineyards, the Pyrenees, the Black Mountain and the Bastide of Carcassonne. It's the perfect place for outdoor meals and convivial evenings. The north-facing terrace boasts a direct view of the Cité, ideal for admiring the scenery at any time of day.

The landscaped grounds of over 2,000 m², fully enclosed and unoverlooked, offer a haven of peace in which to savor the gentle pace of life in the South of France. Kids will love the swing, slide and ping-pong table, while adults will appreciate the top-of-the-range barbecue with built-in plancha for sharing delicious moments.

Upstairs, the fully air-conditioned villa offers a 60 m² living room featuring a fully equipped kitchen with central island, as well as a living and dining area with sofa and TV corner opening onto the terrace. There are 4 suites, each with private bathroom. 2 suites are equipped with a flexible 180cm bed and a 90cm bed, while the other 2 offer a flexible 180cm king-size bed with en-suite shower room. A 2nd TV lounge and WC complete the living spaces. Private, secure parking.
