You'll be ideally located for visiting and discovering the attractions of the Aude department, including the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Cathar sites of Montségur and Puylaurens, the Quercorb Museum in Puivert, a glass of Blanquette AOC in Limoux and the Malepère wines. Saint-Benoit is surrounded by green hills and meadows where you can enjoy long walks or mountain bike rides. The sunny, private terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to liven up your summer meals. All around the estate you'll find woods and meadows, with the possibility of horse boarding. Private parking for several cars is available at the entrance to the estate. Access to the estate's shared Piscine, subject to signature of a liability waiver.
The Holiday cottage has a large front terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
On the ground floor, a large living room and kitchen opening onto the terrace.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), separate WC, shower room.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), shower room with WC.
Electric heating extra.

    Bonjour, Merci beaucoup pour les notes attribuées à notre accueil, la propreté du gîte et son rapport Qualité-Prix. Nous mettons en effet tout en œuvre pour proposer un gîte accueillant et confortable. Concernant l'accès à internet et comme je vous l'ai indiqué, étant donné que nous sommes dans une zone mal desservie, donner ma clé WIFI ne sert à rien tellement le réseau ADSL est faible.
    Cependant, sous peu (1 mois environ) nous devrions être connectés avec le réseau FIBRE et dans ce cas, j'équiperai le gîte de répéteurs individuels pour une meilleure réception d'internet.

    Un havre de paix

    Séjour réussi en plein cœur de la nature, bercés par le chant des oiseaux, le vent bruissant dans les arbres...sinon le silence apaisant, et absence totale de pollution lumineuse pour observer les étoiles.
    Le gîte est très bien équipé, d'une propreté absolue, et les propriétaires sont accueillants et chaleureux.

    merci infiniment pour votre avis. Une rencontre vraiment agréable en tout cas nous vous accueillerons une nouvelle fois avec plaisir car vous n'avez pas eu le temps avec vous lors du séjour, tempête, pluie. A un de ces jours peut-être. Bien cordialement

    Gîte très agréable

    Gîte au calme et très bien équipée.
    Bien situé pour rayonner entre l'Aude et l'Ariège, nous avons même poussé jusqu'à Toulouse à 1h20 seulement.
    Piscine agréable et hôte attentionnée.
    Nous étions 4 et recommandons ce logement.

    Nature

    Endroit idéal pour les amoureux de la nature et les enfants qui peuvent s'ébattre en toute liberté et qui pourront peut-être, comme nous, rencontrer des chevreuils au détour d'un chemin. Très belle piscine pour se détendre après une randonnée.
    Le gîte lui même est superbe avec des chambres décorées avec beaucoup de goût.
    Seul bémol les commerces éloignés, il faut donc prévoir des provisions.
    Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants.
