Holiday cottage located in the village of Saint-Jean-de-Barrou, 30 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches, between Narbonne and Perpignan. Nearby sites to visit: Réserve Africaine de Sigean, Terra Vinéa, Châteaux du Pays Cathare de Duilhac, Quéribus and the village of Cucugnan.
Holiday cottage adjoining another gîte but quite independent with small enclosed rock garden planted with almond and olive trees, terrace (15m²). Car parking. Electric heating extra. On 2 levels: living room-kitchen-bar (with fireplace, wood supplied) opening onto terrace (deckchairs) and garden. 1 bedroom with double bed, shower room and separate WC. Upstairs: mezzanine lounge with library and music, and bedroom with two double beds.

Petit village calme avec son épicerie très sympa et tout à fait abordable.

5/5Très bon accueil, reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Très belle région, gîte bien situé au calme. Quelques petits aménagements à revoir au niveau de la salle de bain, mais la propriétaire fera le nécessaire. A refaire sans hésiter.

5/5Très bon accueil avec des produits locaux. La location est au calme dans le village. Une petite épicerie avec dépôt de pain est à 5 mn à pied, fermée le lundi. La literie est très confortable et le gîte est bien agencé.

4/5Fabienne est une femme généreuse toujours au service du client. Nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de vin, un pot de miel bio ( production familiale) et un clafouti à la prune vraiment excellent . L'emplacement est génial car nous ne sommes pas loin des plages, des gorges, des rivières....bref un coin calme et le gîte est confortable. Merci encore pour cette belle découverte.
