- A living room with TV lounge area (convertible sofa bed, possibility of drawing a curtain for greater privacy) and a fully-equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter and espresso coffee maker).
- One bedroom with 160x200cm bed.
- Separate shower room.
- Separate WC.

Non-private parking, but easy parking available close to the residence.
