Situated in the heart of the Blanquetière town of Limoux, the gîte will enable you to visit the many sites of the Pays Cathare in the surrounding area: the abbey of Saint-Hilaire, the town of Carcassonne, the village of Alet les bains, the castle of Arques, Rennes-le-Château and its mysterious treasure, as well as the practice of white water sports in the Upper Aude Valley.

Limoux, renowned for its fascinating history and picturesque medieval atmosphere. Stroll through its cobbled streets, visit its ancient churches and soak up the lively atmosphere of its local Markets. Wine lovers will be delighted to immerse themselves in the world of the renowned cellars of Limoux, birthplace of the delicious blanquette sparkling wine, and explore the surrounding vineyards, offering a range of exceptional wines to taste. Hiking enthusiasts can take advantage of the surrounding footpaths and cross authentic landscapes.
Ideally located, the Holiday cottage is in a quiet area close to all shops and amenities: supermarket, grocery store, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, train station, banks of the Aude and entertainment.
On site, the house gives access to a private, fenced garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and plancha. Wellbeing and sports facilities include an outdoor Sports hall and Spa, ideal for relaxing after a day's sightseeing. Free parking is available in front of the house.
On the first floor, the Holiday cottage opens onto a large living room with a sitting area equipped with sofa and TV, and a fully-equipped open kitchen with dining table. A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. Separate WC. Access to the terrace from this level. Downstairs, on the garden level, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Bathroom with walk-in shower and double basin. Access to the Wellbeing and sports area.
