The City, with its lively port and numerous locks, is an invitation to stroll. The Cugarel mill offers an exceptional panorama of the Lauragais plain. Between walks along the water, local heritage and culinary traditions, your stay will be rich in discoveries.

All on one level and entirely independent, the Holiday cottage is nestled in a vast estate with a shady 3,000 m² garden. You can relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi or take advantage of the many leisure facilities: heated swimming pool (semi-buried, 4.50 x 6.50 m, 1.30 m deep, open from April to October, secured by a barrier), fully-equipped Sports hall (treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine) and fitness classes (Pilates, step, dance, barre à terre, on request).

A bowling green, trampoline, basketball hoop, volleyball net, soccer net, ping-pong table and archery equipment are all available. A jogging and walking trail completes this ideal environment for outdoor enthusiasts.

The Holiday cottage offers:
_A fully-equipped kitchen-living room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied).
One bedroom with a 160cm bed,
One bedroom with two 90cm beds (possibility of a 3rd 90cm bed on request),
Bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.

Garden furniture and barbecue are available for outdoor meals.
