Located in the heart of Narbonne Beach in a quiet residence, you'll be just 100m from the Sea. It's just a one-minute walk to the beautiful, gently sloping, sandy beaches. Numerous snack bars and restaurants can be found along the Beach and in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage, while other shops (Pharmacy, supermarket, tabac presse, bakery) are 700m away.
Along the promenade, you'll be able to enjoy some great bike rides and a beautiful view of the Sea. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the Clape massif.
Everything you need to get around is close at hand: Sea, shops, restaurants, water sports, etc. The location is ideal for visiting the region's must-see sites, such as the historic center of Roman Narbonne or the charming village of Gruissan and its famous chalets.
On site, the Holiday cottage has a large balcony with garden furniture and armchairs for a relaxing stay. You can also enjoy a barbecue on the terrace, with a breathtaking view of the Sea. You're sure to enjoy your vacation in the area and get a dose of relaxation. Parking is available on site (not private), but you'll always find space, even in high season.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the residence. It has several rooms:
- A living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen, a sitting area with an electric sofa bed and a connected TV.
- A first bedroom with a 180x200cm bed
- A second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed.
- A separate bathroom with a large walk-in shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC.
