Welcome to Salvatoris! Former name of the domain in 1570, this place steeped in history is now called the domain La Malplacade which is aptly named, ie it is located on the edge of the old path "Das Abesquats" which started from the he bishopric of Saint-Papoul to the bishopric of Alet, this path was very popular with pilgrimages in the 11th and 12th centuries. The cottage is ideally located just 5km from the Canal du Midi and the Bram Lock for lovers of beautiful walks or cycling. You will be about twenty minutes from the Medieval City of Carcassonne. During your stay you will also be close to essential places to visit such as the Cathar city of Fanjeaux, the abbeys of St-Papoul and Villelongue, Castelnaudary, the world capital of Cassoulet and its basin, or even Mirepoix and Ariège. On site you can enjoy a large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Animals are not accepted however you can have a dog boarding house which can keep your animal 2 minutes away.
Single-storey cottage which includes a dining room, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxation lounge area with sofa and TV. The Salvator also has two bedrooms with a 160 bed and two 90 cm beds that can be moved closer together. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet area. Private terrace. The cottage has a WIFI connection, sheets and towels are included at the final price. The cleaning fee is optional. Barbecue. Complete baby equipment (lighted umbrella, high chair, bath). Private parking. The cottage is close to the A61 motorway without any noise nuisance noted inside the cottage.

Gîte moderne et très récemment rénové.
Rien ne manque pour le confort des vacanciers.
Idéalement situé pour visiter la région dont la cité de Carcassonne.
Facilement accessible et pourtant au calme.
L'accueil du propriétaire Julien et ses petites attentions doivent être soulignés.
Ce gîte mérite 4 étoiles...
L'un des meilleurs rapport qualité prix.
