Just a few minutes from the Holiday cottage, the African Reserve plunges you into a wild universe unique in Europe. The nearby Lapalme salt marshes offer a breathtaking natural spectacle of pink flamingos and salt marshes. The banks of the lagoon invite you to stroll, birdwatch or simply contemplate. Le Salvador is a Semi-detached house with another Holiday cottage, located in a quiet area of Sigean. All on one level, it's ideal for couples, families or Teleworkers. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter and Senseo coffee makers. The bright living room features a TV area. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
The bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 standard double bed (160x190), surface area 10 m².
Bedroom 2: 2 standard single beds, 10 m², with direct access to a private rear terrace.

Outside, you'll enjoy two terraces: one shaded with garden furniture and barbecue, the other more intimate, accessible from a bedroom. Street parking is available in a public parking lot. Air conditioning ensures optimum comfort in all seasons. Utilities included in the price.
