Welcome to Le Quai de l'Angle gite, located in a new, comfortable residence with a magnificent view of the Etang de Leucate and the Corbières massif from the 4th floor (with elevator).

You'll be staying in an idyllic vacation setting, just 500m from the beautiful beaches of Leucate. This charming seaside resort will let you discover its assets (Mediterranean beaches, the Falaise de Leucate, local oysters and wine). By bike or on foot, you'll be able to enjoy beautiful strolls along the Sea, as well as a sunrise or sunset on the Ponton de Leucate, which offers a lovely view of the Sea and the coastline.

During your stay, you'll be able to do it all on foot, with everything less than 10 minutes away: mini-markets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconists, ice-cream parlors, markets, etc. Its exceptional location will let you enjoy the sun and idleness of the Midi.

In the region, let yourself be guided and discover the many gems less than half an hour away by car: Falaises de Leucate, Les Salins de La Palme, Parc Naturel Régional de la Narbonnaise with its magnificent and varied landscapes (ponds, garrigues), Réserve Africaine de Sigean, Narbonne and Perpignan or the Fortress of Salses.

Many events take place in Leucate every year (Mondial du vent, printemps du rugby, various evenings...).


At the Holiday cottage, you'll enjoy a large 10m2 balcony with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, complete with garden furniture to make the most of every moment. Private parking is available in the residence. A bicycle room is also available.


The air-conditioned Holiday cottage is located on the 4th floor of the residence, but includes an elevator for added comfort. It opens onto a living room with a sofa (convertible for 2 additional people 140x190, supplement €10/day/person on request from the owner) and TV, a dining table, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. One bedroom with a 150x190cm bed. An independent bathroom with a large shower and WC.
