Bioclimatic and very comfortable house, 25 minutes from Carcassonne, in the Lauquet valley, on the edge of the village of Greffeil. No opposite, on the ground floor. From the gîte and its terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the whole valley. An ideal place to recharge your batteries and take advantage of the many hiking trails starting from the village. Possibility of swimming in the unsupervised river in the village or nearby... Visit also the abbey of Saint Hilaire and the famous medieval city of Carcassonne at 25 minutes. Free access to the owner's swimming pool secured by a covered shelter (size: 10 x 4 m, depth: 1 to 2 m.).
The gîte is on the ground floor and includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. The gîte opens onto its wooden terrace with garden furniture.

5/5Pour qui aime la nature et le calme, l'endroit est parfait. La maison n'a aucun vis à vis sans être isolée et la présence toute proche mais discrète des propriétaires permettrait de résoudre rapidement une éventuelle difficulté (mais nous n'en avons eu aucune). L'appellation bioclimatique n'est pas usurpée pour cette maison. confort garanti en mi-saison !

5/5Un accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes. Une demi-heure après notre arrivée nous étions déjà invités sur la place du Village pour une soirée très sympathique !
