In the heart of the Pays Carcassonnais, just a few minutes from the famous medieval city of Carcassonne, the Holiday cottage Le Plô welcomes you to a peaceful setting. Located in Couffoulens, a charming village in the Aude department, you'll be ideally placed to discover the region's riches: stroll along the Canal du Midi, go hiking in the surrounding hills or explore Limoux, famous for its Blanquette and carnival. This corner of Occitanie, between world heritage and unspoilt nature, offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. The village has a playground (skatepark, kids' playground, basketball baskets...).

This single-storey, contemporary Holiday cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The house opens onto a bright living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, espresso maker), dining room with family table and living room with sofa and connected TV. The bathroom includes a bath, WC and washing machine.

There are two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 standard double bed (180x200)
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can be placed close together (2x90x200)

Outside, you'll enjoy a private garden and a terrace equipped with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation. A shared outdoor swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 1.50 m) is available on site, perfect for cooling off in fine weather. Private parking is available directly on the property. Petanque court at your disposal.
