Just a few minutes from downtown Narbonne, in the heart of a preserved historic vineyard estate, Le Pigeonnier invites you to enjoy a stay filled with tranquility, nature, and authenticity. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded setting, this holiday cottage enjoys a privileged location where vast green spaces, Mediterranean flora, and a mild climate combine to create an atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

Ideally located in the Aude department, between land and sea, the estate offers the perfect base for exploring the treasures of the Narbonne region: the historic center of Narbonne and its market halls, the nearby Canal du Midi, the Mediterranean beaches just a few kilometers away, and the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park. Lovers of hiking, biking, wine tourism, or cultural heritage will also appreciate the proximity to Vineyards, charming villages, and the many trails that crisscross the region.

Le Pigeonnier, a single-story property, offers:
_A living area with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Senséo pod coffee maker),
_An air-conditioned bedroom with a 180-bed,
_A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine,
_A separate toilet,

Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture and a traditional barbecue, set in a private garden.

The rest of the estate—shared with two other holiday cottages and the owners—offers peace and quiet, green spaces with tall trees, a shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1 to 1.60m deep, heated from April to October, compliant with ARS standards, and secured by a gate), and a Lake, also accessible for Fishing or Swimming.

Each holiday cottage has its own private areas to ensure peace and privacy.
One parking space is available 20 meters from the holiday cottage.
