Just a few minutes from the center of Narbonne, in the heart of an ancient, unspoilt winegrowing estate, Le Pigeonnier invites you to enjoy a peaceful, natural and authentic stay. Nestled in a peaceful, secluded setting, this Holiday cottage boasts a privileged setting where vast green spaces, Mediterranean essences and a mild climate create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Ideally located in the Aude region, between land and sea, the estate is an ideal base for discovering the riches of the Narbonnais region: the historic center of Narbonne and its Halles, the nearby Canal du Midi, the beaches of the Sea just a few kilometers away, as well as the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park. Lovers of walking, cycling, wine tourism or heritage will also appreciate the proximity of vineyards, villages of character and the many footpaths that criss-cross the region. Le Pigeonnier, on one level, offers: _A living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Senséo pod coffee maker), _One air-conditioned bedroom with 180cm bed, _A bathroom with shower, washing machine, _A separate W.The rest of the grounds, to be shared with two other Holiday cottages and the owners, offer peace and quiet under mature trees, with a shared swimming pool (12x6m, depth 1 to 1.60m, heated from April to October, ARS-compliant, gated). A lake is also available for fishing or swimming. Each accommodation has its own private space for peace and privacy. A parking space is available 20m from the Holiday cottage.
