The Holiday cottage is on one level, in one of the outbuildings, and opens onto its own south-facing terrace and enclosed, grassed courtyard (pergola, barbecue, outdoor furniture). On site, a 12th-century chapel and a 14th-century tower remind you that you're on an estate with a rich historical past. The meticulous decoration and furnishings bear witness to this. The Domaine also retains its organic viticultural character, and the owner, who lives on site, can organize visits and tastings. In addition, the Holiday cottage is the starting point for a number of walks to nearby sites. Swimming at the Puivert Nautical Base 20 km away. Holiday cottage on one level, comprising a living room/equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, 2 large bedrooms, each with private bathroom (shower and toilet) with 1 double bed (160 x 200cm), 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) that can be placed closer together. Private parking on the property. Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Afcro Spacious and comfortable in a quiet environment
Perfect location to visit the Catarrh region. Very hot around Carcassonne but we could escape to the mountains for cooler temperatures.

Gîte dans un cadre bucolique de bonne qualité. Pièces très spacieuses. Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Propreté de la vaisselle à contrôler (précédents locataires peu soucieux ?)
