On the ground floor, a bright living space awaits you, with a fully-equipped kitchen-living room where you can prepare delicious meals with family and friends. Next door, a comfortable living room invites you to relax after a busy day. You'll also find a shower room with washing machine and a separate toilet.



Go upstairs to discover 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, one of which is specially designed to accommodate the youngest guests, with its barred baby bed. An additional shower room and separate toilet complete this floor, offering a comfortable space for everyone.
On the top floor, Kids and Teens will find their own special dormitory/gaming room. With a capacity of up to 6 people, this space has been carefully designed to provide moments of pure entertainment. Equipped with a variety of games and captivating books, it promises moments of complicity and fun for the whole family.


Step outside to the front of the house and you'll discover a sunny garden where relaxation and pleasure reign. A swimming pool (5x3 prof.1.20) invites you to cool off under the southern French sun, while a terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue promises delicious moments of conviviality around outdoor meals.
