Located in the village of Caudebronde, Le Petit Holiday cottage is the ideal base for exploring the wooded landscapes of the Mountain Noire. You'll enjoy a peaceful, natural environment, just a few minutes from the lakes, numerous Hiking trails and panoramic views of the Haut-Languedoc. The Holiday cottage's location also gives you easy access to the highlights of the Aude and Tarn regions, including the Château de Lastours, the Cathar sites and Carcassonne, just 25 minutes away. The owner, who lives on site, contributes to the warm atmosphere of the estate, which is frequented by families, cyclists and couples in search of relaxation.

The first floor brings together the living areas in a simple, functional space. There's a living room with an open-plan kitchen featuring oven, fridge and freezer, plus a shower room with toilet. All in all, a practical space for getting together after a day's outing, or for preparing your cycling itineraries in the Mountain Noire.

Upstairs, the bedroom is around 25 m² in size, and offers a comfortable sleeping area.

Outside, you'll find a shared garden and a terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the mild Mountain evenings. The rest of the property is shared with another accommodation.
Private parking is available on site. Heating charges are extra from November 1 to May 1.
