Holiday cottage located in one of the most beautiful villages on the Languedoc coast, in the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park.

Just a stone's throw from the shimmering waters of the Sea, tucked away in a quiet alleyway in the old village of Peyriac-de-Mer, Le Petit Clos invites you to a gentle interlude where the sea air blends with the spirit of the Countryside. Here, time slows down, shutters creak gently in the breeze, and every stone tells a story. Peyriac-de Sea, an Occitan gem, unfurls its medieval quarries and calades bathed in light. On the central square, in the shade of the plane trees, life flows quietly in front of the church and its fountain. Nature lovers will be delighted: take a walk along the famous stilt course winding over the pond, visit the old salt works or be amazed by the Doul, a lagoon that looks like a small inland sea. Nearby, there's no shortage of things to do: Narbonne is 15 minutes away, Carcassonne, the castles of the Cathar region and Perpignan are less than an hour away. In the village, everything is within easy reach: small shops, wine-tasting cellars, restaurants and essential services.

Outside, in front of the Holiday cottage: _A courtyard, with direct access to a typical little square, away from any hustle and bustle, with a terrace offering garden furniture and an electric plancha, Parking in the village is regulated: Tucked away in a narrow, accessible lane, you can park in front of the Holiday cottage to drop off your luggage, but parking is not permitted in the lane or on the parking spaces reserved for residents of the village and the lakeside. Three visitor parking lots, including two free ones 250m from the Holiday cottage (route de Bages), and "blue zone" parking spaces with time limits between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. (disc required) are also available in the village.
