The house boasts a terrace and a fully enclosed private garden, perfect for enjoying the sunny days in complete tranquillity. On the first floor, you'll find a convivial kitchen-living room with dining table, sofa, fireplace and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and espresso machine for ground coffee. A separate toilet completes this level. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm bed. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is also available. In the open entrance on the first floor, an additional Bed 90x190 cm can accommodate an extra person. A balcony offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, and private parking is available for your vehicle. On-site services include a bike storage area, massage sessions at €50/hour, a free Sports hall and an electric charging station (€10 per charge). A bar area is also available, offering a range of platters, local organic wine and draught beer. A self-service breakfast is available on reservation. There's also a henhouse, adding an authentic and friendly touch to your stay. The surrounding area offers a multitude of discoveries.
