The Bungalow is a single-storey detached house on a former winegrowing estate in the heart of nature, 2 kms from the village of Montlaur-Val de Dagne, with a large shady enclosed adjoining garden. There's a magnificent 360-degree view over the garrigues and a stunning sunset.

The surface area of the pavilion is 80 m2 and comprises:
- a large living room with fireplace overlooking the garden
- a dining area
- an open-plan kitchen
- bedroom with 160 cm bed
- bedroom with 2 100 cm beds
- bathroom (shower and bath).

Piscine (12 x 6 m) to be shared with another Holiday cottage.
