Le Pavillon de Villefrancou

The pavilion is a detached single storey house on a former wine estate in the middle of nature, 2 kms from the village of Montlaur-Val de Dagne with a large enclosed shady garden. A magnificent 360 degree view over the garrigues and a wonderful sunset.

The surface of the house is 80 m2 and includes a large living room with fireplace overlooking the garden, a dining area and an open kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 100 cm beds and a bathroom (shower and bath).

Swimming pool (12 x 6 m) to be shared with another gîte. Leisure facilities: swings, badminton, trampoline, table tennis

Parking on the property. End of stay cleaning included. Sheets and towels included. Electric heating in supplement.

Open from the end of March to the beginning of January.
