Renovated Holiday cottage with Piscine in an old house in the center of a Corbières village

Large 40-square-meter private stone patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. A 8 x 4-meter Piscine is available Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Piscine maintenance on Sundays) The village is close to many tourist attractions: The Cathar castles, the abbeys of Lagrasse and Fontfroide, the Canal du Midi, and the Cité de Carcassonne.
Village with small shops and a library; numerous Corbières wine cellars nearby.
Beaches 30 minutes from the holiday cottage.

Holiday cottage on 3 levels:
-Living room (TV), kitchenette with bar.
On the 1st floor:
-Bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 cm).
-shower room.
-separate toilet.
On the second floor:
-large attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and 1 double bed (140 cm).
Air conditioning with one unit per floor
Reversible air conditioning for heating available at an additional cost.

Option to rent the holiday cottage for the winter for 3 months from October 1 through May 30, at a rate of 700 euros per month, utilities (water and electricity) extra.
Parking in the courtyard or in a garage
A 30% discount for one-month rentals in June and October.
A visitor’s tax will be implemented in the town starting in 2023; payment is made directly to the owners upon arrival (€1.65 per person per night).
