Treat yourself to a unique stay in our air-conditioned holiday cottage with a panoramic view of the Cité de Carcassonne, a medieval gem listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located in a quiet, idyllic setting on the owners’ property, this holiday cottage—adjacent to two other accommodations—combines comfort, relaxation, and an exceptional location for exploring the treasures of the Aude region and Cathar Country.

From your private terrace, complete with garden furniture, admire one of the most beautiful views of the medieval city of Carcassonne. From sunrise to sunset, the ramparts and towers offer a spectacular panorama that will make your stay unforgettable.

The holiday cottage features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including an espresso machine, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and everything you need for your meals. The living area is equipped with a smart TV and a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed. The air-conditioned bedroom features a comfortable Bed 160 x 200. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and toilet completes the accommodation.

Shared laundry room: washer and dryer. Shared common area at your disposal: seminar room, communal kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ice-making refrigerator, drip coffee maker). Access to the holiday cottage via the staircase.

For even more wellbeing, enjoy a shared wellbeing area with only two other holiday cottages, featuring a 5-person Spa and a sports hall (no reservation required and accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM). A private, secure parking lot is also available on the property.


Staying in our vacation rental in Carcassonne means living in the heart of one of the most visited destinations in the south of France. Explore the ramparts of the Cité de Carcassonne, the Château Comtal, the Basilica of Saint-Nazaire, the lively medieval streets, historical reenactments, traditional Restaurants, and numerous artisanal shops. In the evening, admire the illuminated citadel, a magical spectacle for which Carcassonne is renowned.
Don’t miss the Canal du Midi, another UNESCO World Heritage site, perfect for walks or bike rides. Throughout the year, the City hosts festivals, concerts, Markets, and cultural events that attract visitors from around the world.

The surrounding area is full of things to discover: Lake Cavayère and its Base de loisirs, the vineyards of Minervois and Corbières, the famous Cathar castles, the charming villages of the Aude region, the Montagne Noire, and the Mediterranean beaches, all within an hour’s drive.
