From the moment you arrive, you'll enjoy a private, fully fenced outdoor area, perfect for relaxing on the grass with garden furniture, sharing meals al fresco or letting the Kids play in complete safety. Rated for 6 people, it can nevertheless sleep up to 11, offering great flexibility for groups. On site, the village of Camurac offers a real mountain atmosphere, with a grocery store within walking distance and numerous activities all year round: sports facilities, playground, riding center, lake and marked trails for Hiking or mountain biking. In winter, the Camurac ski resort offers family-friendly Alpine skiing and Nordic activities nearby, while Belcaire is just a few kilometers away, with a lake, supervised swimming and all shops. Nature lovers can also take advantage of the Nordic areas of Plateau de Beille and Le Chioula, while the resorts of Ax 3 Domaines and Ascou Pailhères offer a wide range of activities. The surrounding area is also an invitation to explore, with Orlu and its famous wolf house, the Château de Puivert and its Lake, as well as major Hiking trails such as the Sentier Cathare, the Chemin des Bonshommes and the GR7. Last but not least, a trip to Pas de la Case is just over an hour away. Climbing: climbing gym and courses, as well as a natural climbing site (cliff of Sarrasis) in Belcaire (less than 5 km away), and routes in Ax les Thermal baths. The first floor features a functional entrance hall with storage space for skis, bikes and sports equipment, separate toilet and washing machine.
Upstairs, you'll find a large living room (with TV and sofa bed) and fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, various appliances, filter coffee maker, fridge-freezer), ideal for getting together after a day's activities, complemented by a second separate toilet.
The 2nd floor features a 1st bedroom with a 120x190cm + 90x190cm bed, a 2nd and 3rd bedroom with the same layout: a 140x190cm bed + 90x190cm bed, and an independent bathroom with shower. Parking is easy thanks to a private parking lot, complemented by public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
Electric recharging point for cars in the village. Pets are allowed during the summer months, from June to September, and must be kept exclusively on the first floor; during the rest of the year, they are not allowed due to colder weather conditions.
