Ideally located near the Canal du Midi, just a stone's throw from the picturesque village of Le Somail, Narbonne and the Cathar town of Minerve, it's the perfect base for exploring the region.

Semi-detached from the owners' house, this Holiday cottage offers comfort and privacy in a well-kept natural environment. In front of the Holiday cottage, a shaded pergola welcomes you for reading in the garden or dining al fresco, with a plancha available. You'll also have access to the owners' swimming pool (11 x 4.20 m, secure, open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., June to September).

The Holiday cottage comprises a bright living room/kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet, and two comfortable bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 80 cm beds). Carefully furnished to ensure a simple, relaxing stay.

A shared laundry room with drying rack is just a few meters away.
