You'll be able to contemplate this magnificent view throughout your stay, day and night, from the terrace or even from the living room on your comfortable sofa! In addition to this daily spectacle, the Holiday cottage is ideally situated within easy driving distance of many of the City's attractions: all the shops, the historic city center, the Canal du Midi, the banks of the Aude, the City and Lake Cavayère.
For the more adventurous, the Holiday cottage is the perfect base for walking or cycling to all these must-see sites. Around Carcassonne, many of the region's jewels are less than half an hour away: the landscapes of the Mountain Noire, the authentic villages of the Minervois, Limoux and its famous Blanquette, and the Cathar castles of Lastours and Saissac. Leisure activities just a few minutes away: Water Park, Australian Park... A large private terrace with garden furniture and an electric plancha will be at your disposal during your vacation to make the most of the fine weather. Private, secure parking inside the guest property.
The air-conditioned, single-storey Holiday cottage opens onto a living room with a dining table, a sitting area with a sofa with a sliding mechanism for greater relaxation and a connected TV with access to Netflix, and a fully-equipped, integrated open-plan kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A separate bathroom with double basin and bathtub. A master suite with a 160cm bed, a private en-suite shower room with shower, WC and washbasin, and a storage area. Separate WC. A second bedroom with a 140cm bed. A third bedroom with two 90cm beds that can also be joined together. Bed linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Baby equipment on request, ping-pong table, swing, board games. WIFI. Reversible and adjustable air conditioning in each room.

Le gîte est très confortable et très propre avec une vue incroyable sur la cité de Carcassonne. Tout y est, il ne manque rien !

Céline Tout, tout, tout nous a plu: la situation de la maison avec vue sur le merveilleux château de Carcassonne, la grande qualité de la construction de cette si belle maison et son confort, les équipements et fournitures très complets, la grande propreté des lieux, la superbe décoration réalisée avec beaucoup de goût et de petits détails par Sylvie, la facilité d'accès des lieux et la sécurité, la proximité des services et de la cité médiévale et surtout l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse des propriétaires, Sylvie et Dominique, qui sont des hôtes extraordinaires et remplis de plein de petites attentions. Un 5 étoiles sur toute la ligne. Vraiment un gîte d'exception!

SILVERT Gite très agréable, propre, moderne, lumineux et très bien situé avec vue sur la citadelle de Carcassonne. Nous pouvons voir de merveilleux couchers de soleil de la terrasse.. On se sent comme chez nous. Merci à Sylvie et son mari pour leur accueil. Sylvie est à l'écoute et de bons conseils.C'est une personne solaire. Son gîte est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque et de plus la literie est d'excellente qualité.
