This charming Holiday cottage is a nestled haven of peace. Its large, unfenced grounds, with shady areas under the trees, give direct access to the river that meanders below, making it ideal for those who dream of peace and quiet. You can relax listening to the trickling water, eat your meals on the private garden furniture in the middle of nature, or explore the unobstructed surroundings and even try your hand at trout or crayfish fishing.

There are plenty of places to visit nearby. The Mountain Noire is full of hiking trails. You can explore dense forests, waterfalls and panoramic viewpoints overlooking verdant valleys. There's so much to do with family and friends: Le Moulin à papier artisanal de Brousses, Le Lake de Pradelles-Cabardès, les Grottes de Limousis, le Gouffre de Cabrespine, La Passerelle de Mazamet and the Cité Médiévale de Carcassonne.

First floor:
- Living room with sitting area: sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace (wood supplied), dining table.
- A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, 2 espresso coffee makers) and a small dining table.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, shower, vanity unit and toilet, plus a larger fridge-freezer.

1st floor:
- Separate bathroom: shower, bath, washbasin and WC.
- Bedroom 1: bed 140x190cm.
- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190cm and bed 90x190cm.

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: A large "dormitory" bedroom with two 140x190cm beds and one 90x190cm bed, plus washbasin.

Private, secure parking inside the property.
The garden offers several areas for dining, relaxing with deckchairs and a Spa. and barbecues.
