Former farm renovated halfway between Toulouse and Carcassonne Castelnaudary close to 7 km, with large beer garden of 1000 m 2 and loggia with garden furniture and barbecue terrace. The cottage offers views on the landscapes of the Lauraguais and the Pyrenees in the distance. Starting from the cottage, you can travel across the country to discover the heritage and gastronomy. From the village, access to the walking trails along the ridges of the channel of the South and to bathe the Saint Ferréol Lake 20 km with its nautical base. Swing and table tennis available. The cottage includes: stay-dishes (LV-he'S-SL) with a terrace covered with 25 m² with dining and Grill, stove wood and sitting area with TV and stereo. 5 bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, 2 bed 140 and 6 beds 90, 2 independent WC. In addition, electric heating household, sheets and towels are available on demand. Products maintenance provided.

4.5/5Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympathiques,ils ont contribué à la réussite de notre séjour !
La maison est bien adaptée à une grande famille (chaque chambre dispose de sa sallle d'eau) et bien équipée (lave-vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, etc.).
Elle est isolée, ce que nous recherchions et Castelnaudary est tout proche.
L'espace extérieur est vaste et a ravi la famille : très grande terrasse couverte avec vue sur les Pyrénées, balançoires, table de ping-pong, nombreux vélos. Et la campagne est très belle,même l'hiver.
En résumé, un superbe séjour familial que nous essaierons de renouveler en fonction de nos disponibilités !- Cleanliness 5/5
