Less than 20 minutes from Carcassonne, this holiday cottage is the perfect starting point for exploring the treasures of Occitanie, from its cultural heritage and natural beauty to its cuisine and outdoor activities. Designed with your comfort in mind, this air-conditioned holiday cottage combines simplicity, modernity, and tranquility. Ground floor: Living area comprising a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, espresso machine for ground coffee) and a lounge with a sofa and smart TV. Air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm). Adjoining private bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs: Mezzanine bed with a single bed (90 × 190 cm; ceiling height less than 1.80 m). A shared laundry room with a washing machine is available for your use. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with patio furniture as well as private parking. The property is attached to a second building that is currently unoccupied. A second holiday cottage will open there in May 2027, but this will not affect your peace and quiet until then.
