From the Holiday cottage, set off on an adventure to discover the treasures of the Minervois: the Abbey of Caunes Minervois, the majestic Cité de Minerve, the mysterious Grottes de la Mountain Noire, and of course, the emblematic Cité de Carcassonne. Also explore the historic sites of the Cathar country and, a little further afield, the sunny beaches of the Mediterranean and the Roman city of Narbonne. The Holiday cottage, on the same plot as the owners' house, is fully air-conditioned and comprises: - Outside: - A private terrace in front of the door, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, - A garden, shared with the owners, - A 3x3m swimming pool (Prof. 1m) heated during cold periods (not suitable for young Kids), - On the first floor: - A cosy living room with a working fireplace, - A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, traditional coffee maker), - A shower room with shower, W.C. and vanity unit, - Upstairs: - Bedroom with 160x200 bed, closet.
